Boreal Shipping & Co. Ltd. is the General Agent in the port of Arkhangelsk for the vessels of our Principal PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel, one of the largest non-ferrous metal producing company in the world. From the 1st of January, 2010 up to now we have arranged agency for 300 ship calls for the Principal’s vessels.
The Principal's fleet includes 6 vessels with ARC7 ice class, 18.112 tons dwt and engines of total 25,000 hp, which makes it possible for year-round, ice breaker free navigation in packed ice up to 1.4 m thick, at the route Arkhangelsk / Dudinka / Arkhangelsk or Arkhangelsk / Dudinka / ARAG including the severe winter-spring navigation.
